This is my 1st venture with a 4x4. I'm hoping to get it a bit dirty at some point, until then I'll enjoy pouncing about on the way to tesco's

After a few years away from Land Rovers, I've finally returned to a 4X4, additionally a new country to go with it!

for me this will do for now. plenty of space for the baby and buggy. still capable off road. (as long as i am careful with water)

Cheers - think it could have conquered the tree but decided to reverse as I recently got the car

It is my daily drive - very comfortable with all the features you would expect in a modern car.

That is a lovely motor. How has it been reliability wise?

My current 4x4 here in the UK:

My 4x4 in SA - will spend 3 weeks in Kruger with it in March/April:

My Dad's toy for taking rubbish to the tip! Completely stripped down and rebuilt. Just wish he'd put the correct wheels back on it.

Oops. Did you have your offside wheels on the grass prior to that? Hopefully there's not too much damage.

How do they fair in deep mud on those tyres? I guess the weight helps them a bit

Those particular tyres have had it, but new bar grips are excellent. Plenty of digging-in tread.
The chassis twists about a bit so its not good in the long run for a car nearly 75 years old!
