Worst pain you've ever experienced?
I guess I'm lucky, with tooth ache and ear ache being my worst.

Snapping off my elbow and pushing the resulting bloody, sharp bone through the hole the elbow made on the way out whilst simultaneously shattering the wrist on my other arm stung a bit. Mrs says it's still nothing on child birth, but she's talking s t.

The sting of the Bullet Ant,
From wiki:The pain caused by this insect's sting is purported to be greater than that of any other Hymenopteran, and is ranked as the most painful according to the Schmidt Sting Pain Index, given a "4+" rating, above the tarantula hawk wasp and has been claimed by some victims as being shot, hence the name of the insect. It is described as causing "waves of burning, throbbing, all-consuming pain that continues unabated for up to 24 hours"

They winge about the pain then do it all over again by choice. I caught my cock in my zip but I've never thought "You know what. I fancy doing that again" .

sinus pain is without doubt the worst pain immaginable. Never felt anything like it.

A bad pain I had was having root canal pain being 1000m up. Then taking a helicopter to visit the dentist. Ouch indeed!

Kidney stones - nothing has come close to the excruciating agony I have endured while suffering from kidney stones (on three separate occasions).
My doctor told me that she has had kidney stones and has given birth three times, the kidney stones were in orders of magnitude a more painful experience for her, and I believe her.

It's like the female go-to top-trump of pain and suffering. Frankly it's all very light hearted she’s a nurse and has a fair idea of what I did. I always remind her most women are lucky enough to be going through it with the aid of small team of medics and quite staggering pain killers (if they want), not laying on the floor of a dusty forest bleeding to death whilst rangers and paramedics are trying to find you. Character forming ha ha. You'd be amazed how many Women tell me "that's nothing...." even ones who've not had kids themselves.

I had a huge mouth ulcer on my lip and it got caught in my electric toothbrush a couple of weeks ago. Probably not the worst, but I'm in no hurry to do it again.

Dentist pulling my lower wisdom tooth out with some pliers, slipping and punching a plier shaped hole in the roof of my mouth. That quite hurt!

I know a chap who has kidney stones and had to be airlifted off a mountain - painful doesn't come close apparently.
There is a tale, no idea if it's true, of someone who dislocated their hip and whilst having it popped back into place apparently a testicle got caught. That one makes me feel queasy just typing it.
