If anyone lost some or all of their donuts after the Springfield Heights update like I did, you can get to support and get them back here http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/?product=the-...

Logged in after the update and I only had 23 donuts. I was thinking that I had a lot more before the update, but couldn't remember exactly how many so thought maybe I had just remembered it wrong. If you've lost donuts then that may explain it for me!

It's not just us, its a known issue now and it's hit a lot of people. This is where I got the help link from http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Simpsons-Tapped-Out/M...

At first I thought i must have pressed things to build with donuts without noticing with the initial Springfield Heights stuff and not noticed them drain down. I did a search on google it came up about it a few times.

Ok Simpsons geeks, now that we've got Springfield Heights, which buildings should be there that up to now have been in the game in 'normal' Springfield? So far I think it's

Burns Manor
El Chemistri
Vulgari

I'm not sure on the other mansions like Wolfcastle's and the Quimby Compound, or other buildings like the Banana Dictatorship or Spiffanys. Any ideas?

I haven't got enough land yet to move them, but I might move some of them ove when I'm further on.

These piddly micro missions can't last forever, surely an update giving us properly timed missions is due?
I've completed all the quests relating to it, now just grinding to get the extra prizes for property value being epic.

Its tedious. You cant just pop in occasionally and reset the tasks, because you need resources to make resources - so you wouldn't have enough coffee cups for example for anything else unless you sit there doing a significant grind to build them up!

At first I thought i must have pressed things to build with donuts without noticing with the initial Springfield Heights stuff and not noticed them drain down. I did a search on google it came up about it a few times.
This has wiped out my donuts so i followed the links given above. Basically, their forms of support were either an online chat with an advisor (none were available and the forums suggest they never are), they call you but seemingly that was only available in the US or Canada, or you visit the FAQ pages, which is what the original link above was to. So all in all pretty unhelpful. However the last poster on the FAQ forum said:

"The chat option never worked for me either, waited over an hour multiple times. But I tried the call me back option and got a call within 30 seconds. He said this is a known issue that the devs are working on and that once ready a fix would be released and they would be restoring everyone's donuts, so no need to log a case or contact anyone, just need to wait as it's affected a lot of people and taking a long time to fix..."

http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Simpsons-Tapped-Out/M...

So it looks like just wait and see, unless anyone has had a more proactive solution from EA confused

^^^^ Yeah, given how big some of the footprints are (lake for example) there's not a luxury of space to cram everything in...

Might be going the other way!

However, have found I can start more boardwalk pieces now....

I'm sure I've had a third minor update in the last few days.

Anyone else find it annoying that Otto always seems to be dragging his heels or goes wandering off instead of getting on with his task?

Plus, I now seem to have developed a little glitch where the yoga mat won't disappear above the gym....
