As per title really.

Are there any special tools needed? I'm reasonably handy with a spanner but unsure of and special tools needed or any tips?

Thanks in advance.....

Front brakes is like any other car. Nothing special needed per se. For the rear brakes you must have VAG COM to electronically move away the rear calipers.

As above. IIRC all you need is a sum total of a 6mm or 7mm (still can't remember which!) allen key, a flathead/pry bar, a small flathead/pick to break the locking tab on the pad sensor and something to push the piston back in.
