Hi all, it seems there are quite a few of us in Perth, does anyone fancy a beer or seven? I'll be back late October, that gives us 3 ish weeks if anyone is up for it? I was thinking a central Perth location as the transport links should allow most people to get in? :muses:

Hence shout out for booze  How long have you been in Perth? I've been here since July, very pleasant so far.. That tv show repeat was on in the UK just before I left..shocking hair, lol

There are a few of us in Perth, although one of our prolific (Deviant) has recently deleted his PH account  I'd be up for a drinks meet, we've had a few, but preferably somewhere other than a w  ky pretentious pub in the CBD, right PITA trying to get in there late afternoon...

How about breakwater at Hillary's? I don't really know any bars as I was only there for 2 weeks before coming up north to farm for 3 months...it's a nice place plenty of parking but then we might not want a place we have to drive to? Datewise, any time late October early nov? I wonder if there are any PHers in Perth that i'm familiar with from the uk? I met a few in Sydney!

We've rather a lot on this month having been invited to loads of places by colleagues etc. "to get to know some people". However, if my social coordinator can find time in our diary I'll be there - Can the wife come along too?
Hillarys Boat Harbour (why dont they call it a Marina?) sounds like a good idea to me - Its a 20 minute walk!

I may be out in au after Christmas. The Albion in Cottesloe is a great meet for meat place.
