Oakley USA Assistance

Hi,
I have a pair of Oakley Ti Crosshair sunglasses that are currently in the hands of Oakley UK for some replacement lenses but despite them telling the lenses were in stock they apparently are not and they cannot have them sent from Oakley USA.
I have found the lenses (Titanium Iridium Polarized) for sale in the USA at the following link and spoke to Oakley Vault on (866) 907-5708 who confirmed they are available: http://oakleyvault.com/product/crosshair-replaceme...
The catch is that they cannot sell me the lenses as I do not have a US credit card or address...
Are there any US PHers who would be willing to buy the lenses on my behalf and ship them to me as a "gift" with me covering the costs and reimbursing you by PayPal?
Any help much appreciated.
