And for me thats one massive benefit of not having a gargage. Every morning as I go to let the chickens out its there for me to look at. I will never tire of looking either biggrin

Well Neil. I used to have an old shed that I wanted to turn into a garage and study. Sadly the wkers at the local council didn't feel this was of any benefit to our listed property. The plus side is The Moose now has the largest study in the world. Soon it will have a sofa bed in it so that I can decamp when the kids get too loud. I will be able to lay in bed and look at my car biggrin

Not long now, I bet you are more giddy than a 5 year old on Christmas morning? smile

The weekend before I picked my 9 up I was so on edge, I was tense, nervous, excited. I almost literally couldn't wait, calling the dealer to see if I could have it now.... And I was trading in another Aston!. I have never felt such excitement for an object. For weeks I would look of the window just to see it on the drive.

I hope it turns out to be as fulfilling for you as you expected (deserve) after such a long search.

BTW, why not come and show it off and have a run out with us on the 20/21 of this month?. It's a great way to meet some of the contributors to this forum driving

Weather wasn't great part of the drive back, but what a car! Bloody fantastic!

Car is covered in water at the moment but as soon as it's off will take some pictures and upload smile

btw mine says "Pure Aston Martin" at startup on dash so maybe is an 2011MY?

Brilliant, so you have the original spec sheet for your car above.

Enjoy ...

Congratulations, I can really relate to the excitement. I picked up my 4.3 only a couple of months ago and could not be more impressed.

I believe that is correct. Another way of telling them apart is the ignition on message. On MY10 or earlier I believe it was "Power, Beauty, Soul" which changed on MY11 to "Pure, Aston, Martin"
My early MY10 DBS says Pure Aston Martin (hated the previous on my vantage!)
