I have not read all of this thread but have been following events in the media .
Clearly , there will be information known to the investigators which has not been released , and for all we know Bridger may have admitted killing April .
Notwithstanding the above , I wonder if we can completely discount the possibility that Bridger did not act alone and that he may have passed her to others who may have taken her out of the area before the alarm was raised - hence she has not been found ?
I have wondered about the possibility that she may still be alive , in the hands of a group of paedophiles for whom Bridger abducted her ? I expect the possibility has been considered and dismissed .

More than likely. No torture allowed and a lawyer advising 'no comment'. That's the system.

db said: mjb1 said: Wonder what the PCoJ charge is about? I'd guess not providing the location of the body. Simply not providing the location of he body can't amount to PCoJ. Actively concealing the body (or other evidence) could amount to it. db said: Out of curiosity, if he does this and then pleads guilty in court, would he qualify for a discounted penalty? Does a guilty plea count on murder trials? Yes, to an extent, but it wouldn't reduce the whole life tariff which would normally apply to the murder of a child for sexual motivaton. http://www.cps.gov.uk/legal/s_to_u/sentencing_manu...
