Does anybody know where the above car is these days, I bought it new in 1973 and sold it in 1975 to a policeman in LOndon.

I've since discovered that the base car was used as a donor for an NG kit car that still carries the registration YNH666M and presently is for sale with an MG specialist in Norfolk.

It's been for sale a little while now so it's obviously not everybody's cup of tea.

Original spec was Damask with navy blue cloth interior and you don't see many of those around these days. If the money had been spent on restoring it to that spec I seriously might have bought it back. I'm semi retired in Dorset and that would have been ideal for me now. Pity.

If I won the lottery I could buy it back for the registration and then let Frontline build up their ultimate GT in Damask and navy leather interior. Not likely to happen though.

I ended up behind this car from Dunfermline to Kincardine. It's now a little cream coloured NG TC Roadster
