Well the obvious answer being the engine note but I have to say I'm a fan of music as well (as long as it isn't so loud as to override it (if that's even possible?) Personal favourite I've found so far: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9kD8sxIjVuc

I have to say that although i was only a nipper when this track was released, Lynrd Skynrd's full length version (not radio edit)of free bird takes some beating !! Slow build up , great rythm in the middle, and a frantic finish ! ooh err missus. Still one of the greatest driving tracks ever in my opinion. Oh and have a listen to Blue Swede 'Hooked on a feeling' simply fabulous.

Both great so far but from me:
Led Zeppelin - Kashmir, Black dog, Stairway to heaven ACDC - Highway to hell Lynyrd Skynryd - Sweet Home Carolina Van Halen - Aint Talkin Bout Love Pink Floyd - Wish You Where Here Rolling Stones - You Can't Always Get What You Want, Gimme Shelter
Think thats enough classic rock for now LOL Jontymo

Any room for anything other than rock music?
1) theme from Starski and Hutch
2) Average White Band - Pick up the Pieces

Below 4.300 rpm (accelerating) I would still be able to hear something like: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BKz2U4fvA4UAlternatively, some classic music: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z5rRZdiu1UEAbove that, the car stereo is completely drowned out by the decat/ CCCs... which I guess is my favourite track anyway. Lifting the right foot, however, even beats that favourite track by light years... that's when at, around 3.400- 2.800 rpm, the tailgunner comes to life

I like music, but none can better the sound of a TVR. Which is why I never play music in the car.
