yesterday was a sad day in the Mubby household frown

my lovely old girl Binky aged 8 years and 5 months old, passed away in my arms after I found her very weak in the morning she hung on to say goodbye and pass with a cuddle from myself and Mr Mubby as she slipped away frown

She was my house rabbit for a few years before I even met Mr Mubby 6 years ago, so we went back a long way and have shared many a cuddle and chat about life over the years (one sided of course lol)

She outlived 2 husbuns, her second that passed just a few months ago, and 2 other rabbits she has outlived too, she did well bless her!

It will be strange not to be greeted by her every day as we come and go, she really was the perfect Rabbit,

Sorry to hear this.

Please take comfort from the fact that you gave her a good life and that she loved you enough to wait until you were there before leaving you.

What a beautiful chunky little bun.

Being sad is a good thing really. If you weren't sad then you wouldn't have all those years of love, snuggles and memories. smile

Strange how a bunny can have such a huge impact on lives. I couldn't be without my two now.

Strange, our male house rabbits have both outlived their other halves, Slippy had three, Micky has just lost Rosie, his 2nd.

Always upsetting when they go to the field by the Bridge.

Ahhh I've missed her today,

and yes she was a chunky girl, the vet always gave her a good bill of health and said she was chunky but healthy with it and mostly fluff which made her look bigger laugh

I knew she wouldn't liver forever, but that didn't stop me wishing she could!!

thanks all, she really is missed and it breaks my heart as she was just always "there" bless my girl, I think when you have a house rabbit you really do appriciate just what little personalities they have.
