I should post some of mine, been hooning in the Peaks today and it's filthy, but I cannot believe how quick it is in sport plus. I take all the comments about PDK and 991 on board, up to now my previous 911's have all been manual and I really had some doubts, but this thing is an absolute blast. It flatters but so what, to get the best from it you have to be on your game, but in all conditions and circumstances it has the answer, best car I've owned bar none.

Have to agree, its the best car I've ever owned. Just epic.

A couple of points, have you noticed the oil takes a long time to get up to temperature? Also why does the wind deflector retract a 100 mph, it just makes a horrible noise.

Lovely. Simply lovely. The 991 is getting like the Cayman, you can't see the engine!

Lovely indeed. It looks like a very similar spec to the car I've got on order (just a couple of weeks away now).

Re the Powerkit, how are you finding it? Can you describe the difference the stock car?

Cheers

Difficult to say without a back to back comparison, all I do know is it pulls like a train, only done 700 miles so still taking it a bit steady. But its proper rapid. If you are ever near Cirencester and fancy a go let me know.

Have you spec'd the power kit?

Thanks - yes, I've gone for the Powerkit and also the Sports Chassis. Same GT Silver colour, but different interior (pebble / agate).

Let us know once you've run it in and given it the full beans - I suspect it will be awesome.

Enjoy!
