The law in Italy?

So in Italy:

1) The Prime Minister can make himself immune from prosecution

2) He can evade Tax and likely not go to prison

3) However, if you're a seismologist who doesn't predict an earthquake you're banged up

Missed the thread about ladies man going to prison for tax fraud then? Granted his prison break will probably end up being a passing visit.

Believe me - he won't serve a day in prison (and yet some seismologists will)!
