what are you using to take the photos?

My food photos always look like someone vomitted on the plate and not because Im a bad cook, just cant get the photo working right to show off the food.
A pretty awful iphone 4s.

Would love to get a decent camera for food stills.

Loving some of the last dishes - the weather is certainly having an impact on what people cook!

Tonight's dish was a curried chicken kiev served with sag aloo.

Wouldn't be a proper post if we didn't have a photo of the money shot....

Pulled pork, courtesy of Tesco. It's not going to win any awards for effort or presentation, but it tasted nice.

Just Tesco's large baps and Tesco's Pulled Pork. I just picked them up at the Tesco Express on the way home.

Thought I'd try something different last night so invented (maybe, I think) the meatball and mozzarella yorkie wrap!

Browning my balls:

Cooking the sauce:

Play with the dog:

Make the yorkie:

Start putting it together:

The eating (spinach went in as well):

It was absolutely delicious - almost pizza like but with the yorkie instead of dough!

It was originally going to be beef and some nice horseradish cheddar that I bought but the meatballs called me!

It really, really was good! Better than a sandwich/ wrap and better than pizza dough/ calzone!

I am, however, literally addicted to Yorkies and make them at least once a week as I am stuck in the US...

They're even BB's (my dog) favourite food... Though probably not very good for her!
