We usually shop for supermarket essentials in Morrison's and I hate their range of mayo including Helman's. On their Polish section you can buy this:



And it is by far the tastiest shop-bought Mayo' out there. Try some and you won't buy Helman's white emulsion again.

Pork shoulder, vacuum packed Asda special, 2kg for a fiver. Crackling up nicely... even cheap cuts can give great crackling if treated right! Just waiting for the internal temp to get to around 65c...
