It's just a convenient source of protein, not as good a proper food, but few people have the time/money to constantly cook protein rich food

I'm a bit hacked off at the moment. My go to was the Vanilla flavoured Myofusion stuff but it seems to have vanished from the face of the earth here in Dubai - they have the Probiotic protein but its really expensive.

Having to put up with ON 100% Whey Gold Standard which I don't rate flavour wise nearly as much.
