Check in online and then just go straight to the counters. If you don't, they'll send you back to the machines where you have to self check in anyway, then re-queue to drop your bags.
Thank you. As mentioned you have to self check in anyway, just using a machine at Terminal 5. No queues. I don't really understand this self check in lark. Works ok if you have no luggage for the hold, but of you do you need to queue to drop luggage anyway!
