Travel insurance for lengthy stays

Hi folks,

I'd appreciate some recommendations for travel insurance policy's that will cover me for stays of up to 90 days in the USA.

Tesco want £220 for a basic single trip, whereas insureandgo will do it for £105. Any better deals around?

Isn't this what the Meerkats site is for? Without knowing your medical history, how can anyone possibly recommend anything.

Nothing untoward except being a smoker (which no sites ask about). I'm just after recommendations, not quotes. But thanks ever so much for your post.
