It is Ferrari colour, light metallic blue, had a grey interior and was for sale south of London.

John, forgive me, but a link might be useful as trying to track down an AM for sale in London some indeterminate time ago is quite tricky. smile

I remember it being talked about, was an absolute beauty.

Colour was the same as Maserati Azzurro Argentina. No idea what happened to it though frown

I seem to remember the photos, taken by a crumbling red brick wall - colour was fabulous, but this was when I was looking, so 6-8 months ago?

Could it have been at Slades?

Although admittedly not crumbly, they do take all of their shots in front of red brick and have some nice metal (and have AMs in stock):
