Aston racer goes to Bonneville

This chap races a DB2 among other things and often posts on the AMOC forum. For the last two years he has also taken his LSR machine to Bonneville Salt Flats for Speed Week. There is a program on TV this Sunday which looks interesting!

on the flower of scotland website he is described as one of three men in the uk licenced to drive at 300 mph anyone know what licence this is?
