Recommend me some medication please

Morning,

For the last 2 days I have had THE sorest throat I have ever had. Along with that, I seem to be producing three times the amount of saliva and mucus..

I can't get to the doctors until tomorrow and I have run out of painkillers.

What is the strongest painkiller I can buy in a high street shop?
Or alternatively, something to cure whatever the hell it is.

(I had norovirus 3-4 days ago)

Go and see a pharmacist. They know quite a bit about medication.

I'm a bit late, but for the record: co-codamol (the paracetamol one) then add ibuprofen. Talk to the pharmacist though, they know what they've got and how you can safely combine it. Pretty much as good as a GP as far as symptom management like this goes.
