Looking good so far! Can't wait to see the finished beast...hopefully you will bring it in to work one day and take me out in it.
The colour really is nice and does seem rare. Looks like you have bought one that should go up in value!
Always a bonus!
Just don't drift it into a wall...;)

Will take you for a quick blast when it's done smiley. Some more pic updates of baffle fitted and front suspension rebuild. New tie rod ends on the way as the current ones are seized due to corrosion and no longer allowing adjustability in set up.
New brake discs and pads to be fitted as temporary measure until I can afford porsche brembo upgrade then after setting up suspension should be good to go. Cheers Jbad.

Went out in this the other night, absolutely fantastic! On the base suspension settings it has a lot of grip so I can imagine with a little setting up it is going to be very capable. Totally get why so many are now track cars it was very impressive. Can't wait to push it a little more on track
I was a little worried about it being to hard on the road with it being fully polybushed but it was firm but pleasant like a new car. Seemed much faster to rev too.

Hi Bully. At the moment the car is set up at about a third of the adjustability so quite soft but it feels so much better I'm quite happy with this at the moment. When I do my first trackday The guys who have set it up should hopefully help me to tweak it but I'm expecting that it will be pretty good in its current state. will check what camber they have set at the front. Regards Jbad.

Same situation as me really but I have done 3 or 4 track days on this setup now without feeling the need to adjust.I'm thinking of getting it all checked by laser soon however to record the settings.

Not sure where you are in the midlands, but if you fancy a run out, sounds like Bric whose evo e36 is on here is also up for it. Regards Jbad.
I'm in Leicestershire, near Loughborough.I would be up for a trip out some time.
Been putting a bit of work in to the car recently ready for a BMWCC track day at Cadwell next month

Yours is looking good bully. I've put some pagid discs and ferodo pads on the front as a temporary measure until I can afford a bbk. Seems to stop really well on the road. Might decide to do the backs with same set up and get some cooling to the the fronts and try this as it will be much cheaper. I foolishly ordered the rally road porsche brackets before running out of money for the time being , currently sitting in a cupboard at home. Think might no ok without bbk from what you have found. When you are up for a run pm me.vi live just off the A50 10 min from uttoxeter.
