I think it's a no on the modding side of things, but I've been known to be wrong.
Oh it'll look exactly like that, as long as you have a £4000 uber-PC 
I'd expect the console versions to look reasonably close, certainly pretty enough but missing maybe a few tiny details and with a shorter draw distance. I'm just hoping they do a demo for the consoles, even just one car and one track, as I don't want to buy this and end up disappointed by the physics.

I've been looking forward to this game a lot, and as you can probably deduce, I was looking forward to driving the Nordschleife, and was disappointed to "discover" the track was not in the game.
So, from the various screenshots, I can be fairly confident the track *is* in the game?

I appreciate that there have been some videos of Project Cars running on the Nordschleife, but the game has been an alpha and beta PC release so far, and then reading the news report I read, and checking on the Project Cars web site http://www.projectcarsgame.com/locations.html, the fact that the Nordschleife is not listed, I thought I'd check on this thread as the track could have been pulled for some reason.

How is OR DK2 support in this game?
It's pretty horrible in AC with lots of faffing around to even get it to work then the use of 3rd party apps to make it in anyway usable. Admittedly once in game it works well but the faf to get there makes me not want to bother.
Iracing just works. Just switch on and go with in game menus correctly rendered. A much better experience.
I know PCars will work with OR, I've found videos on youtube it more the getting it to work/usability side I'm interested in.
