My company is sponsoring a 3 peaks challenge and I am supplying the "support vehicle" (driver = yours truly) - not the Virage, thought the Disco might be more suitable. We'd like to prep some decals publicising the event for the side of the Disco.

I thought that the readers on this forum might have experience (Le Mans/rallyes etc...) and hopefully recommendations for preparing such decals, putting decals onto the vehicle and importantly, taking them off without damaging paintwork!

Any assistance would be gratefully received ahead of our June adventure.

Cheers, Lloyd

The only advice I can give is don't go out in Fort William the night before you do the 3 peaks. I speak from experience!

Hollographics are great for custom stickers for Le Mans. http://www.hollographics.com/

Also worth a read of this: http://thebmc.co.uk/three-peaks-challenge

Worth checking your company has considered things properly.

Clean surface, not direct sunlight and a fine mist of water seems to help application too, one of those plant watering mister/cat spraying things is useful. Try and take them off somewhere warm to help the glue and be patient... peel them back over themselves very slowly and paint doesn't get damaged. I have done many cars for Le mans, never had an issue.

Mostly from Hollographics as well but get in quick as the LM ruh starts soon!
