Police vans that don't indicate at roundabouts and local panda cars that take off from lights like they're in a grand prix.

Way to set an example.

From the Bad Parking thread, may I present this prizewinning example of knobbery (for the avoidance of doubt, it's the parking I regard as knobbish, not the crowd's reaction (well, other than the fact they took so long before deciding to take action)): http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-nottinghamshi...

Pulled up behind one of those Up!'s today. Small car so I could see in pretty clearly. The young girl driving had got an Iphone on a Sat Nav mount. Nothing wrong with that obviously, it was set almost level with her rear view mirror which is a bit odd but not illegal. However, it was not set to Sat Nav. It was quite clearly set to her Facebook profile.

As she drove off she started to scroll through it...
I saw a guy with an ipad mounted to his dash doing exactly the same thing the other day....

Anyone over the age of 17 in the F1 forums who refers to Kevin Magnussen as "KMag". This is not Heat magazine.

Anyone else contemplating never driving again after having read the last page of the thread? fk me, some of these are just mental...
Luckily these really serious incidents are pretty rare, and most of us have our heads screwed on well enough to recognise them happening, or at least the spidey sense starts tingling...

That does appear to be completely unnecessary, not say dangerous, behaviour on the part of the motorist. I'd be tempted to say "I hope his tracking and balancing are badly knocked out and his wheels damaged", only he's probably too dense to notice so wouldn't get them fixed.

Driving back from the theatre last night from Nottingham to Derby along the A52 I came across an unbelievable cretin. I was pootling at a cruise controlled 70, approach a Golf in lane 1 so pull out to overtake, but as I do the Golf pulls into L2 as well despite there being no other car in front of him. So I wait behind him for maybe 30 seconds wondering what's he doing, but he carries on in L2. I flash my lights so he knows I'm there but he ignores me, this continues for a mile with other cars now behind me, still the Golf overtaking nothing. Flash my lights a few more times and he gives me the finger and continues in L2. Another half a mile and he indicates and pulls back into L1 but as I overtake he's waving his hands around like crazy, then starts flashing his lights. As other cars pass him that are behind me, I notice he doing the same to them as well. Few hundred yards later, he takes the exit onto Pride Park?!?!

So he blocks my overtake, as well as blocking anyone else, gets angry when others want to pass only for him to want to take an exit which requires him to be in L1 anyway. What is wrong with people?
Perhaps they drive boring cars and need to inject some excitement into their lives?

These sorts of people make me want to do terrible things to them... on a lighter note, who want's to pool some money for a tank? biggrin
I used to lift share to Uni with a young girl (I was a mature student). As soon as she got on the dual carriageway she'd be straight out into L2. I think I managed about ten minutes before I had to say something. She genuinely hadn't got a clue that L2 was for overtaking and she'd only passed her test the year before. I don't think her instructor was up to much.

I'd report that one to the police, he's going to kill someone someday.

The idiot in a silver transit that, at a three way mini roundabout (which was once a t-junction and has, since going mini-roundabout, caused more accidents that the T-junction ever did), first indicated left then abruptly changed their mind on it, indicated right and tried to do a 180. Gave me a o-st! moment, and a severe bout of brake peddle prodding, as well as the poor bugger coming down the other way when a silver transit swept across in front of them (he'd have mounted the pavement as well its that tight).

This comment from Vtecyo on the "Lotus jumps truck over F1 car" thread: "No wonder they've gone bust."

Is the person:
a) someone with a very misguided impression they are being funny?
b) unbelievably ill-informed?
c) stupid?
d) a total f*&^tard?
