Db7 soft-top - Fog Lights - Bulb change

Apologies if this is elsewhere, but a brief Google yielded little of use.

Father has a 1996 Aston Martin DB7 soft-top, and it has 1x rear number plate bulb gone, and 1x front fog light bulb gone.

Nearest AML dealer/garage is over an hours drive, & would mean a day off work for him/my mum.

So to save hassle he wishes to DIY it, as "it's a bulb son", so here goes:

Is it possible to change the front fog-light bulb yourself?

Or is it some obscure, bumper off, hours of labour type affair?
