I've been contemplating having my Tuscan wrapped for a while as the previous owner decided on painting the bonnet and grill black, not really to my taste. Respray is too expensive for now, so a wrap seems a good compromise.

What's the recommendations from here? Anyone a dab hand at photoshop?

I'm veering towards matte colours (avoiding black) like Frost Blue or a white, like these:

You bought that car did you! He contacted me when I was looking but I didn't like the painted black stuff either! I'm loving the look of that ferrari or the orange lambo, the racoon bmw gets my vote too but that may be as I'm biased! ;-)

Have you had any quotes on it? I did and it was looking around the £2k mark for a full wrap

I have also been toying with the idea of a wrap.

No real reason other than a change, love the white ones :-)

Would be interested in what they look like upclose. i.e headlights etc

I'm glad I'd overlooked the paint, it's a nice car underneeth.

Quotes of £1.5k - £2k depending on the colour. A dark matte red is winning at the moment.

I think the headlights look okay. It's the front bonnet and roof I'm curious about, how quickly it would wear/tear as mine's quite snug.

a respray is to expensive and a wrap isn't ??
i would never consider a wrap but that's a choice
if it's the black parts then have them resprayed
can't be more than 1/2 the price of a wrap

1.5-2k is VERY conservative, had mine done and only paid for the materials as the company was sponsoring us, so provided labour free, cost us £1800 +VAT, labour would have easily doubled that! It took 1 person a whole day to do the pepper pot grill as it needs to be in filled. I removed the doors and lights for them and put it on axle stands to get the wheels off for access to th arches.
If it wasn't for the fact that the car was being done for a charity event, I would have and will just go for a respray next time.

Can't help with the wrap, so slightly off- topic, but these wheel centres have an easy fix: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/45mm-wheel-centre-badges...

That's great except 18" Spider centre caps are 60mm.

That's absolutely correct. However, Jade R rims' centre caps are 45mm, which seems to be the case on the top picture.

It's the silver as well, never really been a fan. Alas, was the car I was buying not the colour.

That looks stunning! A lot of work for sure. It's the quote I've been given which I didn't think was that bad at all either... Almost rude to turn it down really.

Kelly, that's definitely a car to be proud of. Like the cam cover, got mine in red smile. Think I'll keep the front grill black, looks good.

Nice spot! Hadn't got round to the caps just yet, but at least there's now a solution.

Cheers, looks like a nice job. White seems to be a very popular colour to go for..

Have been trawling Google for something a bit unique to catch the black alloys & grill, think this is the best so far - http://files.autogespot.com/autogespot/files/24_10...

for me the mat blue on the skyline looks really good, you want some thing that will make your tuscan unique to any other!
