Maybe I'm missing something, but why would someone with no criminal history have an attorney? If the above is correct, waving guns about in your videos probably wasn't the smartest idea in the world. Live by the sword and all that. Stupid way to die.

There are lots of reasons he might have had an attorney. Paternity springs to mind given the reference to being a father.
