Climate change - the POLITICAL debate. Vol 2
Discussion
Apparently Rent A Mob are planning a protest in August at one of Caudrillas sites on the Fylde. The anti fracking lot were showing their true colours last week as well. Every fracking related article in the local rag attracts the usual anti fracking crowd who crawl out the woodwork insisting that renewables are the way forward yet when there was an article about local residents opposing some proposed wind turbines not a single one of the anti fracking mob commented to show their support of the turbines. Similarly, when the rag ran an article on a proposed solar farm there wasn't a single comment of support from the usual anti fracking commenters. Funny that.
Been awhile since I frequented this thread.
Last time , before I left I'd been trying to get an epetition published that simply kept getting thrown back for obscure reasons or nonsense ones.
Imagine my surprise when I logged in to my email tonight for the first time in weeks and found that it's finally been approved.
Do please sign this and send it on to everyone who feels the same way, it's taken a while to get it approved but I hope it'll help to get things changed.

Two ocean scientists, one from Harvard and the other from MIT (Wunsch and Heimbach, 2014) have looked at data limitations that currently prevent the resolution of different estimates of changing ocean heat content, and as a by-product of that analysis they determined that the deepest oceans are cooling. Yet the deep oceans ate Trenberth's global warming. Elizabeth Truss will be on the case already.

The government will say look only 10 people of 56 million want this fk off.
even if it had 200k votes they would still ignore it.
Na, time to learn from the opposition. Lefties/greenies do little else but whine, bh and protest. Sure most of them have the free time to do this, but it's why they're far more effective at getting their way.The government will say look only 10 people of 56 million want this fk off.
