Thats what struck me, his crash helmet looked no more than cosmetic, likely it would depart taking his head with it and nothing more than nice spongy sand bags.eek as safety barriers, which were there more to stop the car damaging the property beyond them than providing a high impact cushion for the occupant of the car! And the cyclists, jeeesus, the oncoming car in the middle of the roadyikes:: Not for the faint hearted, but hey, those were the days of the stiff upper lip, for king and country n all that, health and safety very much in its infancy..smile
