Flying to Auckland - Emirates or Air New Zealand?

All,

Hoping to get to Auckland later this year and for the dates I have off work it seems like I have three flight options:

• 45hrs each way with Air China for £850
• 28hrs each way with Air France and Air New Zealand for £1,345
• 29hrs each way with Emirates for £1,100

There is no way I can stand 45 hours travel time so would be looking at either Emirates or Air France & New Zealand.

Does anyone have experience of either of these regarding service / leg room etc?

Any views much appreciated!

They seem expensive don't they ? I'm looking at about 700 on various airlines and thats not booking in advance.

When i went to LA with Air NZ last year the prices changed reguarly, we ended up saving £200 per person when the prices dropped for a bit.
