I'm just not liking this season, last weeks episode was great though, I am keen to see the final twist of Clara Oswald though as its building up over the last few years.

It really is funny how we all see it differently. I thought last week was pants but this week was brilliant.

An inventive story, great action, good doctor and Clara action. Happy days.

Well that was a disappointing episode, apart from the final few seconds.
Rushed resolution and too ready to kill, again.

Bad casting with the very recognisable main character 'Jeff' in Casualty just killed in last week's episode then turns up in a minor role in Dr Who the next week.

So what are people's thoughts on missy and who she is, (the lady at the end of quite a few episodes)

Eh? So someone in Dr Who this week was killed in Casualty last week. Why does that matter - even if you watch both shows (I don't) he is just acting.

I saw Mark Hamill take on the empire, yet a short time later he mislaid his corvette! What gives?!

I enjoyed that one too, it was a good way to beat the bad 2D things.

Certainly one of the best of the series so far. Moffat could do well to watch this new writer - he shows promise. Capaldi is starting to get in to his stride now and I think his dark humour is quite refreshing, even my 13year old daughter who used to hate Dr Who is warming to him.

Also a nice touch to see the TARDIS in its uncloaked state.

For the same reason that anyone that gets typecast has trouble getting other work. It's distracting, looks stupid. He was a 'star' long-term character. It looked even more daft because his costume made him look just like the paramedic he'd played.

So an actor shouldn't do any work unless he knows it won't be shown at around the same time as something else he's been in?!?! jester you crazy.

Well I thought the latest epidose was the best of the series by far. Admittedly after the last couple of weeks anything would look good, but this one actually was.

Capaldi and Coleman are really getting into their strides now; all that was holding them back previously was a decent script. The idea of shrinking the outside of the TARDIS while leaving everything inside, including the Doctor himself, normal size was a brilliant one - and having Clara do all the doctoring by proxy was just as good.

Wondering if they're preparing the ground for making her the next Doctor?scratchchin

Yes, you're definitely on to something there. I think this is very likely to happen.

What a bonkers comment. I didn't realise that actors were only allowed to play one character on telly at any one time.

I thought last night was another great episode. Good villains, good story and I liked the Doctor-Clara role reversal, that's bubbling nicely for the finale I feel.

I wonder when he's going to squeeze in a visit to Trenzalore?

Really enjoyed last night's episode. I have enjoyed the last two episodes to be honest, best in the series so far. Liking Capaldi's portrayal of the Doctor.

Me too, feels like the Doctor used to be, not a buddy or partner, the age keeps him separate and above.
