hey guys any one no the Valve Adjustment settings for the impreza 2.0i GL EJ20

been looking and these change in setting but the one ive seen the most is

Valve clearances should be:
Inlets 0.006~0.008"
Exhausts 0.008~0.010".
are these correct ?
