Saw this delightful creature on Breakfast News this morning and his 'hatred' fro Thatcher is really nasty and unpleasant.

Every time I see this chap on TV, so make my own mind up about him, I cannot help myself but get wound up. Luckily he is often on with Andrew Pierce as a check and balance.

Pierce really does have his hands full getting a word in at times and often resorts to humour whilst Maguire just kicks off at every chance.

IMHO, Maguire comes across as an odious and particularly nasty example of a stereotypical Leftie.

I am sure he doesn't have anything much good to say about me either (before someone beats me to it! smile)

There is always the possibility that he is being deliberately controversial and pushing boundaries to get a rise out of readers/viewers but I think there is more to it than that!

Wonder if I am the only one..... (FLame suit on and zipped up all the way)

ps - This is not another Thatcher thread - although his rants earlier were particularly distasteful!

He is indeed typical of the morons coming out of the woodwork as referenced in the Maggie thread.

As is Morrissey

As is <insert name of hateful "Maggie bombed our chip shop" tt of choice>

Maguire does have a captive audience to which he must be seen to preach.

The man is a cast iron cocksocket. Completely ruins the newspaper review every time he's on.

He's frequently partnered by Andrew Pierce, mind, so double the reason to find something else to do. Come to think of it a good number of these opinionists are hard work. Same in the mornings with Eamonn.

He says what he believes, not what he thinks others want to hear.

That ring any bells for all you toryboys?

It's what he does. He's a Rent-A-Gob - a Show Pony to flog the Daily Mirror to its target audience. It may be that he is a skilled actor playing a zany character called "Kevin Maguire" based on 'Wolfie Smith' (look it up if you're under 40) and that his real name is Rupert Grosvenor.
