C5/C6 Registry - Le Mans 2005

Just looking on their forum & incase anyone hasn't seen it, it looks like the Registry are planning on going to Le Mans in 2005 (normally about 20 cars from America) this time a mix of C5's & C6's I guess. If its anything like last time they were over (if my memory serves me right 2001) it should make it interesting.

They have been planning to come over the last two years but everytime most of the owners are to chicken 'cos of the war with Iraq!

I think cos its the first Le Mans for the C6-R I reckon they may actually make it this time though!

The more Vettes the better! It seems strange that Le Mans has huge US TV crew presence etc surrounding the Vette team yet there's relatively few Vetteheads there on the ground. Hopefully the more yanks are coming the more effort will be made to provide owner facilities. This year was great and better would be fantastic.
