Did it the other way around - no adverts on BBC, so fast forward through the C4 ones later. Saves a quarter of an hour. Do the same thing with The Apprentice and Can't Get the Staff (I think!).

Well I also need to fast forward through apprentice as it's so slow and rather predictable.
