One of those days, accelerated past slower moving traffic, result, revs shot up, but no quicker forward progress lol, so looks like the clutch has gone in my wagon !
Have had a look online at various costs involved, was wondering how much any of you guys had paid recently to have a new clutch fitted?

Oh, day got worse, I dropped my coffee!

£180 for the clutch, 4 hours labour @£50ph so £380 + VAT.

Thanks guys, have booked it in with my local garage, excellent lads, they have worked on my cars for years, am sure I could shop around more/travel etc, so set cost yet, but will update thread, its booked in for Wednesday this week.

Came out at 6hrs labour, plus the clutch, £575 inc vat, appreciate I could of gone furthur afield, and saved a few quid, but these guys are on my doorstep, and have always done decent work for me!
