I know I should replace them and they might break off, but Can those bend back? No damage to cylinder head etc.

Obviously you need to find out why it bent, and of course it needs replaced.

Yes it may be able to be straightened, but you'd be mental to use it.

It was bent by me, I was doing valve stem seal replacement. My tool slipped off the spot whilst pushing the spring in to put the collet in.

Holy s....

You bent it manually doing that ?? Cant say Ive ever heard of that happening before, usually it would take a lot of force.

Replace the valve with new. If a valve fails, it will destroy your entire engine.

Which is cheaper ?

I see bent valves all the time, straightening is madness, if you X-ray the valve you will probably see stress fractures near the bend, bend back and these will lead to complete fracture and resulting Armageddon for your engine. The tougher the material the more likely it is to fracture when bent.

In nearly 50 years of mechanics I have never seen valve bent through replacing valve stem oil seals ------ oh except the ones where I [yes we all drop big ones] had not put rhe retaining collets in correctly and the two valves dropped on startup my fault my engine my pocket that took a big hit never ever think about straightening them !!!!!

As the others have said, replacement is the only option, the cost of the valves against the cost of doing it again.
