Do you mean the main beam light or the side light?

Trying to find a downloadable link. Service bulletin SB-17-0298 tells you everything how to get in there.

It is in the manual for the Main beam
Dipped is usually HID and has no "user serviceable parts" and you need GREAT care when messing with these as the ballast store VERY high voltages
The manual does say remove the wheel, but it can be done on full lock with some patience
90deg turn on each of the plastic screws to loosen the splash cover
Slide the cover out of the 3 slots
Flat bladed screw driver on the brass screws
Remove the plastic cover
Pull the connector from the rear of the bulb
Unclip the metal spring holding the bulb in place
withdraw bulb

Reverse for new bulb making sure it is located in the seat correctly
BTW the selector for swapping to Euro light position is also behind the splash guard

Do you mean the LED strip or the dipped beam bulb?
The led strip is integral to the unit and AFAIK will need the whole unit swapping frown

Good luck with that one, matey wink

My last side light bulb was changed at Wilmslow and took about 1 hour (including the usual diagnostics and health check) and the wheel HAD to be removed whilst up on the ramps.

I'm too embarrassed to say what they charged but the bulb was about £6 frown

I know from already having done it to put 100W main beams in mine (just forgot to invite Luna to do a video wink )
BTW your DB has the older lights with small bulbs for the side lights rather than LEDS like the training bra's
(that's a point is the OPs car a DB9?)

I realise it's a Vantage so I'm not sure if it is the same procedure - hopefully not yes

Ah! Was thinking of doing the same... Do you know what size cables go to the heads? I've a couple of 150W halogens spare from the rally car. Would the additional heat cause any problems do you think?

The standards are 55W so I reasoned the amount of time I pulled 100W would be low enough for the cable to cope, no idea on the 150W but is its ~3 times more!

Its similar but more complicated as you MUST make sure the ballasts have discharged and handle the new bulb with out touching it with your fingers.
Pretty rare to see one of those go though!

Did this on my MX-5 DD (100W) and it literally melted the insulation off the wires. yikes
