"there is a very significant risk that ebola will come to the UK"

No there isn't, there is either a significant or insignificant risk. You can have a bit significant.
Also people who refer to something as "very unique".
Uniqueness is an absolute but I don't agree with Willy Nilly - you can certainly have degrees of significance.

Yep and Twinnings every day blend not any old catering quality crap.
Twinnings every day blend... quite possibly the most insipid, sttiest tea known to man-kind.
You should live where I do then! Virtually opposite there factory & the smells are "unique"

Numpties on ebay have been annoying me recently

One complained saying the kit I sold him was 'rubbish' and 'not what he thought he was buying' - it was a conversion kit for a scale model, and he was complaining that the £10 conversion kit did not include the £40 Airfix kit to be converted ( a bit like buying a sports exhaust then complaining that the car wasn't included with it )

Another complained that delivery was over a week late only 9 days after ordering, despite the item description and postage details clearly stating dispatch could take up to 20 working days as the parts are custom made to order. Actually more annoyed that ebay's system allowed this to be logged as a case before the dispatch time had expired.

A third complained that an item wasn't new in original packaging - he bought it on a 'second chance offer' ( the original item he was outbid on was in original packaging, but the spare wasn't ) where the message sent with the offer clearly stated "I have a second one available, though without the original packaging"

All of them are results of people not reading the descriptions properly, but it's me that loses out ( and gets bad feedback ) frown

I thought ebay was bad for dumb buyers, but then I started advertising stuff on various facebook buy/sell pages.
Why would someone from Scotland join a page for buying stuff in south wales, and then complain at the shipping costs to him in scotland!? or call someone a fking moron for suggesting he comes pick it up if he finds shipping too expensive! rolleyes

I think what pisses me off more about this guy is when he comments on something saying that if he were closer he'd have it in seconds! :weneedawkersmiley:

The radio advert at the moment for the Co-op.

Some bloke describing cooking dinner for him and the Mrs. He has some strange accent/speak impediment that for some reason really irritates me.

Roadside cafes and flower stalls etc that leave their 'open in next lay-by' signs out, even when they are not open.

There should be a law against it.

Aiken Drum. From a very early age I took a dislike to him and this has not changed as I have progressed through life. Aiken Drum is a st name and playing on a ladle is a st thing to do. You can't get any kind of tune of tune out of a ladle so what's the fking point anyway? Grow up and get a proper fking job.

Or like SWMBO who when we get to the front of the queue and start unloading all the shopping onto the conveyor belt invariably turns to me and says 'hang on a minute, I've just forgotten something' before rushing off down one of the aisles somewhere.
