Adventure holidays for teenager

This year I want to do something different with my 15 year old son. The plan is to take an organised 'adventure' holiday in andorra run by these guys http://www.adventurecompany.co.uk/tours/active-pyr...

Anyone done this before ? We are both physically fit but there seem to be many companies to choose from so any recommendations would be welcome

Once upon a time, I was a student as Plas-y-Brenin outdoor education centre in North Wales (Capel Curig). Learnt rock climbing, featurless navagation, scrambling etc. All the best bits of Snowdonia with a qualified experienced guide. It was very very good indeed. It might appeal to a teenager? - At least you know the guides will be good, and the back up facilities good.
