Link attached is of my car.
It's making a weird noise BUT only at low rpms or when idling. The next point to mention is that it doesn't occur all the time, that is, sometimes ,what you will hear on the link, the noise is not there and it sounds completely fine. However, the noise seems to be occurring more often.

Maybe someone could shed some light on what it could be before I take it to the garage?

Thanks

How come it occurs from time to time? And not every time it idles or is at low rpms

Yea, I'd certainly go with something loose inside drumming on the wall, a baffle would be likely, or maybe some cat chunks.

@nsa Personally I don't think it sounds the same as either of those links you posted, but thanks.

Both those videos sound like something is moving around inside and beating against it. I don't think my video sounds like that?
But then again, my dad reckons from the video I sent him, that it's the baffles.

BUT I can't get my head around the fact that it doesn't occur all the time?? Why does it occur intermittenly?

Check all the exhaust mounts and make sure it's not knocking on the bodywork somewhere.
With the engine running listen to where it's coming from and then grab and pry the exhaust around to try and stop it (take care of the hot exhaust). Alternatively with the engine off grab the tail pipe and other exhaust parts and shake it checking for knocking.

If you can't find anywhere it's hitting then it's probably the baffles.
It may not happen all the time as the loose baffle may get wedged and not move, hit a bump and it will start flapping again, same applies with it hitting on the bodywork.
