2008 mazda 6 rough idle

My 2008 mazda 6 2.0d is idling a bit rough. Drives ok. No loss of power.

Plugged in a cheap scanner and it says 32 pending codes and 32 live codes. Plug it in an hour later and it only brings up the pending codes, so I am not convinced of its accuracy.

Idle doesnt vary alot, just enough to notice. Around 715 - 750 ish.

Replaced maf, no difference.
Noticed a hose at the back a bit loose so tightened it up. No difference. Think it was a breather hose as it had some oil coming out of it, which is how i noticed it.

Any ideas?

Quick update.

When clutch is pressed the revs pick up very very slightly and stay steady.

Might be worth finding out about the 32 codes you mentioned.
