Not good enough on the ball in my opinion. Look at Arteta.....he's one of the best passers in the team...if maybe the best. Got to be able to tackle as well as deal with being pressed when passing the ball out from the back.

I think we're going to have to wait until the end of the transfer window for any more players to arrive. The two signings we have made so far seem to have been players that we were working on long before the World Cup and were positions that we knew a long time ago needing filling. I think the Khedira thing is very marginal.....the fee alone is a lot of money for someone recovering from a major injury in the last year of his contract. I reckon Wenger's being stubborn on the fee knowing the player wants to come to Arsenal.

I thought at the end of last season that Podders would be leaving, as he hardly got any game time until the end of the season, when AW was forced to play him.
