Madrid - Taxi From Airport

I've noticed a few companies offering a pre-booked taxi service from the airport to the city centre. Worth doing or just take pot luck at the terminal?

If you are going to the centre there is a good bus service from the Airport, only takes about 25 mins and costs €5

from the airport to the NH Sanvy last week was about 20 euro
