e47s with e45 wheels on my car???

Bidding on a set of wheels. 3 are e45 and 1 is e47 for a 2002 vw passat tdi on 112's

will this make a difference to anything?

A 2mm spacer will balance it all up, assuming your car is OK running a ET45 alloy. You don't say anything about the width or diameter.....................
