Cracking commute in to work this morning with the newly released soundtrack for Alpha Papa booming out of the stereo. Various pedestrians shocked to hear solid gold from OMD, Chicago, Climax Blues Band, Steeleye Span and the rest pumping out of my windows. It was classic driving. Just need to trade in for a Lexus now and get some stringback gloves. I suggest you all try it.

I heard his new car of choice was a Kia Optima, but could be wrong....

Gaudete naturally. Luckily the Latin means you can ignore its a christmas song and pump it out loud in August. Yes I believe he's in a Kia in the film as Lexus didnt fancy product placement, funnily enough.

Just commuted home with it too- proudly blasting Enola Gay and Dont You Want Me Baby as I rolled down the Marylebone Road. Partridge gold.

kind of sad they didnt include this, as other non-movie Partridge classics are included - such as Black Beauty and Hot Chocolate.

I forgot to add - the best bit is that the soundtrack is full of jingles and stings, so if you have the local radio traffic reports set to kick in then they kind of add to the impression you are listening to a real radio station, and are quite hard to tell apart from the fake ones.
