Lets hope its a world away from some of the rather painful Partridge revival stuff of late, especially the dire set-up interviews with Ross.
Report back please.

Excellent, very funny. Although my wife is convinced AP is a Pher after the scene where he's driving and complaining about other cars with their fog lights on

I'm sure Steve Coogan was interested in cars, and he did base his Saxondale character on 300bhp/ton too.

Going tomorrow. Had worried it was going to be terrible, but all the reviews I've heard so far are positive, so looking forward to it!

He is a petrolhead and has had various Astons/Ferrari's/Porsche's.

And the Lexus in 2nd series of I'm Alan Partridge was badged an IS200 as "that was what Alan would buy", but was actually an IS300 as "that was what Steve would buy".

True story.
