based on reading this entire thread last night i dug out all my lego and sorted into
red
yellow
black
blue
grey (surprising lots)
white
green
people
wheels
and windows

took me 3 hours.
so far looks like i ill have a fire station with truck chopper and car, as well as another fire engine, an articulated fire engine, a fire jeep, a fire buggy. a police lorry command centre 5 motor bikes police jeep chopper and boat. rescue centre, rescue boat chopper jeep and car. petrol station the octan one, petrol lorry tanker. cargo plane 2 mircolights, a medium sized patrol plane. Racetrack start line wwith cars 1 2,3. Hot rod garage centre with 2 hot rods. tv camera van, safari truck, dumper truck mini digger sports car and race bike. Must be more but theres a fe lost instructions.

That's not the optimum method for sorting Lego!

If you sort by brick type it's easier to find bricks of a specific colour rather than digging through piles of the same colour looking for a specific piece smile

That's how I sort stuff smile

However, sorting by colour looks cooler!

Any chap who PM'd me to be added to the list has now been added. I would love to have replied to you all individually but lets just say a lot of you emailed.

Many thanks Mark. Doesn't look like they/Russ has the Delorean in stock any longer, so it'll have to come from the Lego online store.

I needed the address, but when you PM somebody its sent from your email address anyway - so I used that!

As for the 21103 BTTF Car - I was wise and shifted the stock whilst it was going far north of RRP. Few people selling it now so have a look about.

No worries Russ, many thanks anyway.

Ordered from Lego.com, I just couldn't resist. £34.99 seemed reasonable with free delivery also.

No I think he's collated all the emails he's had and will mail out with a link to his store when we can pre-order, I assume anyway. Not sure when this will be though.

This is correct. We are allowed to advertise as of next week - so I'll sort something out for then. Was planning to do today but I've ended up on a train into the big smoke.

Don't worry you won't miss out.

Might have missed a trick here - in my local Toys R Us with the nippers and i spy a Star Wars B Wing - Kit 10227 boxed but no price. I was all up for asking for a price from the assistant up to the point my 9 year old daughter said "Mum will go mental".

Question is - should i head back tomorrow and just buy it anyway? The box was a bit battered so i'm guessing it was a return but if it's a reasonable price - say less than £150 - it's got to be worth a punt hasn't it?

The last online price on TRU website was £99.99.

If you spend over £40 on LEGO at TRU they will give you 2 £10 vouchers, one normal one and one for buying LEGO to be used 28th of April to 11th May and one 28th April to near the end of May.

Lots of Hobbit sets etc on clear out but alot have sold now.

The B-Wing on TRU is now at £124.99 on-line, but appears to be well and truly Out of Stock. frown

Gutted, I really want that set! Possibly more-so than the Red 5 X-wing.

have read that TrUs returns are often missing key high value parts or minifigs. Well their returns staff aren't going to spend an hour checking every single part. I guess the lego company might help if parts are missing, I'd still be wary of battered stock though, potentially hassle or seriously lacking in value.
