It will never stir the emotion like an Aston , plus you're going to have to explain that it's a fast one, but every time you start it, it's going to put a smile on your face! Love the noise.

Hey, great car..back in 2009 I sold my Porsche930,took out a Merc SL 65 AMG....it was absolutely phenomenal! A two Tonne Car which was virtually untouchable in acceleration terms....opted for my first V8 V on a 56 plate, I don't regret it...have fun and best of luck!

I see lots of cars like that on the road every day.
Clearly it is not an Aston Martin, but I don't recognise it.
You will have to help me with this.

I know, there is always a row of these outside the bahnhof.
Perhaps you are going into the taxi business?

Yep agree....my last car was a SL55 which was probably the best all round car I have owned.......the big AMG are not my cup of tea but they are very quick.

For me it will always be about how a car makes you feel when you get in to it and turn the engine on .

To the OP enjoy your new car......you can always change your mind in the future

That's Identical to mine (assuming you have the black interior), which I've had for 2 months. You'll enjoy it - it's definitely quick and excellent on longer journeys. It's probably the only saloon car I've driven that seems to have a bit of soul to it, although the V10 M5 was also fairly impressive, as was the E39 come to think of it.

I'll be interested to hear what you think of it coming coming from an Aston. I've had loads of positive comments from passers by and plenty of people trying to get alongside for a closer look. Quite surprising given that in most people's eyes it's 'just' a fast E class.
